Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel the order. Please contact us as possible for any changes on your order, once your order has been dispatched, no changes can be made.

All orders are shipped in either a plain box or a padded business envelope, depending on your items. The packaging is completely anonymous with just your address and ours.
Because Sex Shop Miami is a very recognized name, we use an alias on the return address label to protect your privacy. We are listed as “SS Miami” instead.

Under our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, you can return any item that has not been opened for any reason within 14 days. We do not provide returns labels and we have a 50% restocking fee. There are no refunds on delivery or shipping fees.

We want to make sure you love what you buy! We offer returns for 14 days on all eligible items. Items must be unopened with all tags attached. We do not provide returns labels and we have a 50% restocking fee. There are no refunds on delivery or shipping fees.
